With the business of life, people just tell you to relax and breathe, but do we really know HOW to do it? In this seminar, you will learn the fundamentals of pranayama (breathing) and accompanying yoga poses to help you get into a meditative state in order to reduce stress and histamine levels, and increase energy, positivity, and calmness in the mind.
