No health program would be complete without a fitness component. In this class, you will learn the importance of fitness training and how it affects energy and mood, as well as improve thyroid function, gut health and stress response.
You will be given a program which results in total body transformation with 2 hours of fitness training per week for 12 weeks. Fitness expert, Kevin Laczko will demonstrate all exercises and answer any questions you may have.
Kevin and his wife Debbie own a private training studio that offers personal training, group classes, and orthopedic massage. Their passion is in health transformation. You will enjoy this interactive, comfortable class and will leave armed with all the information you’ll need to start a healthy fitness program.
